Have a look at this page on the internet:http://www.worldvolunteerweb.org/browse/sectors/education.html
You should aim to cover the following points, at least.
1.              What are the aims of the project
The aim of the project is to make a sport program that concentrates on children to help them and bring them all together to have fun and the country we chose is Egypt.
2.              Who are the target audience, and why?
Mostly children, boys and girls, with some young teenagers but we don’t mix the children with the teenagers.
3.              What activities would your project involve?
Make up sport clubs in football, basketball, volleyball, cycling and more. Every 6-7 months we will make a sport day maybe include GYM sessions.
4.              Who would be volunteering? Why?
Students who couldn’t get in to college and are looking to volunteer, and any one who wants to volunteer in the summer and winter time for community service hours or for some money.
5.              What are the benefits your project could bring to the target audience?
We can help children, who are talented to join professional clubs, and to get the children to be more involved in activities out of school. Plus there are other educational benefits especially in social interaction with people and learning how sport can bring people together and it’s good for the body.
6.              How would you look into launching your project with reference to the relevant authorities in the UAE and in the country you have targeted?
Through Sport clubs, Schools, Embassies, and though the authorities who are communicating with programs like ours; in our country or in any other county and in our case it’s Egypt.
7.              What problems do you think you might come across and how would you try to get around them?

We might face problems with money, or places to host and the low numbers on volunteers. We can solve these problems with the help of the government that gives bug support or spreading brochures and going to schools and to the newspapers.
